First, booking
It takes 10 working days in advance to prepare the following 3 documents
1. Ocean Proxy Book;
2. The identification list of dangerous goods packaging use;
3, packaging dangerous goods technical specifications;
4, Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS)
Note 1: Chinese and English names, boxes, dangerous goods grades (CLASS NO.), UN dangerous goods codes (UN NO.), packing of goods, and special requirements are indicated on the book to facilitate the application for class and declaration of dangerous goods;
Note 2: If transshipment is involved, it is necessary to confirm with the shipping company whether there are restrictions on the port of transit;
Second, provide information
7 years working days (4 working days ahead of the import barrels)
1. The identification results of the use of dangerous goods packaging, note: different product names should be a one-to-one correspondence;
2. Packaged dangerous goods technical specifications;
Note 1: According to the above documents, and in accordance with the correct data, product name, box type, etc. to the Maritime Affairs Bureau to carry out the goods declaration, and then according to the cargo declaration and packing certificate and other shipping companies to ship declaration.
Note 2: For the recyclable shipping barrels, temporary import and export applications must be processed before the goods are filed, the purpose description (why the imported barrels are used) must be provided, and the CLASS and UN number of the goods should be provided. The quantity and gross weight must be correct. The company of the shipper knocked on the seal to apply to the Maritime Affairs Bureau.
Third, provide customs information
3 days in advance to provide the original copy of the relevant information of export declaration:
1, verification form;
2. Invoice;
3, packing list;
4, Customs declaration orders;
5, export declarations;
6. The fact sheet of the goods (the shipper needs to describe in writing the use of the goods and the characteristics, etc.);
Note 1: According to the above documents, the customs declaration will be based on the goods declaration and the box number.
Note 2: For temporary import and export processing, in addition to the above documents, it is also necessary to provide information on the temporary import and export of goods. If there is a security receipt, it must also be provided.
Fifth, packing into the port:
Since dangerous goods are installed directly by the ship, they are generally packed 3 days before the ship is opened. Report to the port supervisor.
Packing in two ways:
1. The shipper shall deliver the goods to the dangerous goods warehouse. The shipper shall send the goods to the dangerous goods warehouse designated by the freight forwarding company within 3 days before the ship is opened.
2, to the factory packing, the owner needs to prepare goods in advance, after the goods are packed must be labeled with a big danger around the container, if the leakage of the loaded goods will cause pollution of the ocean, then also need to paste the ocean Mark the pollution and take pictures to collect evidence at the same time; (One time before packing, one time after loading, and one after filling
Note 1: The trailer or interior of dangerous goods must use a fleet that has the qualification to transport dangerous goods. The cost is calculated according to the grade.
Note 2: The deadline for cargo declaration is 48 hours before departure, so the box must be presented before this time.
Note 3: Boxes must be provided at the same time as the deadline for closing goods declarations.
Sixth, the bill of lading confirmation will be provided two days before the ship is opened
