Ethylene Glycol Diacetate (EGDA)
Jul 02, 2018

Description:1,2-Diacetoxyethane; Ethylene Diacetate; Ethylene Glycol Diacetate

Chemical and Physical Properties: Ethylene glycol diacetate (EGDA) is colorless low odor, very slow-evaporating liquid . It works as a re-flow solvent in thermosplastic acrylic coatings and printing inks. Also as an industrial intermediate as a slow release acetic acid source in silicate foundry core-binding applications. With much lower odour and equivalent dissolving power, EGDA is used as the alternative for DBE, PMA etc.
